education policy with Old mutual

My husband have policies with old mutual from 2012.firstly he has a education for our daughter of which they said it's about to lapse and no one has In formed us we visited the branch to find out what was happening because we received a call from one of their consultant that policy is maturing and is where we found that it's a mess they were not deducting money from persal and there R13000 that was hanging not knowing what's what's happening with that money and the policy was lapsing and one called and they are deducting lot's of money closed to R3000.so we want explanation and clarity. We are always at old mutual mall of Tembisa asking for clarification with no luck we've tried to get help and one of the consultant at old mutual said we can afford it. We would like to cancel everything and moved all our policies to where we can be treated with respect. This is not the first time we are complaining about old mutual. They're always calling us offers us policy when we try to explain our situation they they promised to come back to us and they never did. They're so rude 😞 and unable to assist. They mislead us.
