Education Policy? Rather not!!!!

I have tried to keep this civil but even my complaints on your website are not being acknowledged either. How else does a client get help?you have left me no choice!<br> I have an education policy with you of which my investment each month is R795.I have had this policy for over two years (if not longer) and I have not even received a courtesy call from the broker to check my details or inform me on how the policy was doing. I have not received statements of the policy breakdown or the like. Upon reviewing the schedule I have now received after a week, I see that I have lost money after your adviser sold the product based on the fact that there was a capital guarantee.<br> I am disgusted at how this was executed. I get no joy from your contact center or your complaints department.
