Old mutual you are a financial institution and I would believe you are required by law to provide access to my investment statements where i can view how my children’s education investment insurance plans are doing in terms of interests gained.

I have sent you an email requesting for the same couple of weeks back but to date I haven’t received any. How much do I have to pay to receive this?

Why aren’t you transparent about my children’s education investments with you?

Do I always have to beg to access my investment statements?

I have access to MyPortfolio please advise why you cannot make this information available for clients who are registered on MyPortfolio?

Please be transparent about clients’ financial matters. Kindly show me how my policies are performing and not for me to always ask for a statement. Please make this information available to me and others who may be on the same situation through MyPortfolio.

What is it that you are hiding?

I have already lost more than 5000.00 on my children’s education plans due to being misinformed by your employee who was only interested in getting good commission from you by selling your plan under false pretences.

I thought old mutual is an incredible and reliable company until my experience where I lost more than 5000.00 meant for my children’s education.

How on earth can you have a plan that gambles with children’s education money and future?
