Good day id like to write this review on old mutual that are ******....i took out a policy about a month and a half with them cause it was so affordable not knowing that they gonna rip me off....the day i spoke to the lady via telephone she was so helpful in helping me but then things started falling apart on them debiting my account

The date i arrange with old mutual was on the 1st of each and every month but no they decided that was not working for them,they wil debit from the 25th what makes me mad is that they took my whole petrol money that i kept in my account for the duration of the month up until i get paid on the 1st of September i ****ed cos i had to then go borrow money so that i can get to work which i have to pay back with interest

I called in spoke to this 1 lady that still wanted to to tell me that shes now gonna change the dates to the 1st of each and every month bare in mind 28 they already debited my acoount so if she now changes it to the 1st then they gonna debit again.i then told her can i please cancel this **** cos that wasnt working for me....she refused nd stil insisted that she was gonna change the dates to the 1st i ended up dropping that call cause now she was ****ing with my peace

My quistion then becomes:me as a client tells u to debit on the 1st then u as the person that is suppose to perform a service to us clients decides no **** u we gonna debit from the 25th onwards what the **** is that
