Early Settlement but no discounted rate

<p>I called old mutual to have my 2 loans with them settled. The consultant emailed the settlement through to me, with no discounted rate or anything. I asked when I initially app**** that If I need to have this account settled earlier will a discounted rate for settlement be offered, and I was assured that if I pay early that a discounted rate for settlement will be app****. I received a settlement letter with the exact same amount on that I owed them. I rep**** asking if I could pleae get a discounted rate, and there was no reply, not even so much as we will look into the matter for you. Even when I called in the consultant refused to hear anything I say or offer to help me and try sort something for myself. Old mutual is of no help, all there false advertising to get the business and not keeping to their words... Will not suggest taking a loan from them, EVERRRRR!!!!!!!!!</p>
