Early debit orders

In june i complained about the practise by Omf to go into my absa cheque account absa before my pay date thus creating a negative scoring with my bank.as a result i had to close my xheque account with absa after it accumulated fees of 1200.i was promised by omf that it wont happen again...this morning i woke up to find a debit order PRIOR to the agreed date and this is with my new bank...Omf is intentionally disregarding the agreement i entered into with them thus now leaving me no option but to explore paying this account cash...bcoz clearly their debit order department does not listen.im not willing to accrue a negative scoring as a result of Omf not wanting to heed my request
