I noticed a *****ulent policy of R323 on my payslip in April,reported it,was told it will be removed.In May I received my payslip,only to find out they added another *****ulent policy of R486 on top of the one started in April,I reported to old mutual and they promised to remove them and refund me my money.In my June payslip I noticed the one for R486 has been removed but the one for R323 is still there.I was refunded the one for R323 but not the one for R486, I keep getting stories,my emails also get ignored.This is not the first time old mutual does this,In 2020 I couldn't bury my father because of old mutual 💔💔💔💔
