I have spoken to several consultants,which I can name and have all the call recordings and emails as evidence for the ridiculous service I have received from Old Mutual. The only person who tried her outmost to assist me was Chandre in your processing department. If I have to spend all the money I have I will take this company to court and a letter will be send from my lawyer tomorrow. My father has passed away 4months ago. Still nothing has been resolved. All the documents requested from Old mutual was received months ago. Your customer service is up to no good and your company has employees you are paying for doing absolutely nothing</p>
