Duplication of premiums which Old Mutual refuses to investigate :

I am hoping that hellopeter can resolve this issue for me with Old Mutual. In October '23 after changing my bank account from Absa to FNB and informing OM; it was discovered that there had been double premiums paid to a policy. Since Oct 2023 I have been fighting with OM. Endless emails from 1 dept to the next and not stopping. OM had received in the amount of + R10K in double premiums which they need to reimburse me with. The company cannot give me any answers and keeps on asking for proof!! I have sent them bank statements of more than 24 months in December 2023. No feedback. A consultant keeps on emailing and asking for proof! The service has been ********** with numerous different consultants emailing me! Not 1 person takes responsibility and sees this matter to the end. Please help.
