Duplicate Policy

I opened 2 policies with old mutual in 2017. It was a life cover and a funeral cover however the person that was doing my policies duplicate my Funeral policy. I did a family cover for myself, husband and son however it covered myself and my son. A year later there was a duplicate policy created for the 3 of us. Now I have 2 Funeral Policy that I never signed for. I went to the branch @ Ghandi Square to enquire and they told me I should bring a bank statement to cancel the other policy. No explanation, No Refund, that means my money was taken with no authorization from my side. Am Livid because its my money that work hard for.
