In the past after an operation I had to wait for 1 year and 4 months to get compensation. Things they can clarify is that why no medical follow ups were done on the information given to them in the past. Being a sole owner why didn't they query my income? Why did they not specify or gave no criteria and only to wait till a claim is made after many years and then to question me and then to differ about my income. Isn't it the companies policy to strife and to look after the well being of their customers? Must customers always first use a lawyer to communicate their voice and situation to his insured company? What is this company going to do about the handling of information given to them at the time the policy where written and that they did not follow up that lead to a mayor inconvenience, shame and can cause devastating consequences for our future life.
