Double deduction on funeral cover. Accounts error?

Good day I'm very disappointed in the lack of service from Old Mutual. I spent so much air time correcting a double deduction fault one month after going through my bank statements. How is this even possible? I'm not sure if they do this with clients to make more money and profit on the clients not seeing this or being unable to resolve it.
