Double debit orders taken off account

Bank customer service. Lately the service I'm getting from Old Mutual bank is getting worst by the day. 2 debit orders went off 5 days apart with the same amount. I requested that the money was refunded but they refuse, On basis of an active debit order. So why request 2 debit orders. I made several calls from oversee... and been in contact with Cokisa. She's very unhelpful and could not explain to me why they don't want to refund my money. I'm really thinking of stopping doing business with Old Mutual.
