Double debit Old Mutual Life Insurance: Policy ***

I am trying since the 03rd December to speak to a consultant at Old Mutual Life insurance only to keep be transferred to different departments citing I am at the incorrect department . OLD MUTUAL has debited me on the 02nd and 3rd December for R401 for my life insurance. This is real poor service as when they want you take out a policy 10 agents will call in 1 day but when you have a query one can't even speak to 1 agent who can resolve
