Don't waste your time or money

Old mutual is not a company I would recommended when it comes to RAs (can only speak on that). Sign up process was tedious to begin with. The customer service is good, however I've been struggling for months with a transfer and it seems as though they're intentionally delaying the process or want to keep my money. Also, not to mention I've had to reverse a debit order twice since cancellation because they keep deducting. It's a joke at this stage.
