Don't want to pay my investment money

I have surrendered my policy filled up the transaction request form and attached other documents they required, the email stated I will get my money in 5 working days. It's been almost a month been sending emails back and forth, and no one bothers to contact me. Like this is my money why hold it up.the service it's nonsense I would never recommend old mutual. You guys are pure Nonsense.
