DONT WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY

I have a annuity retirement policy ***, and after a lot of calls eventually somebody helped me to cancel my policy as I cant afford premiums anymore. But now they don't want to pay out my money after the following was send to me: “On your Old Mutual Max Investments policy, you qualify for a RA Surrender and your current estimated value is R14 907.72.” I think it is ridiculous, because on a normal pension or provident fund when you stop working your employer give your pension money for the time you paid it. This is the same thing i cancel my policy to get my money.

Voorbeelde is: · Indien u ophou om u bydraes te betaal en u polis opbetaald gemaak word (u geld bly tot die einde van die termyn in die polis, maar u maak geen verdere bydraes nie). · Indien u bydraes verminder. · Indien u die polis voor die ****raktuele einddatum beëindig · Indien u die waarde van u aftreeplan na 'n ander goedgekeurde uittredingannuïteitsfonds oordra.
