Don't use OLD mutual as your insurer ,you will regret!!!!

You know the saddest part about investing your money with insurers is the you get to be dictated on how /when you can get access to your HARD EARNED MONEY🤬😡, even if you follow the agreement rules. Still they don't even consider to understand your situation, they just DECLINE everything. I'm a 52yr old woman,had an accident and injured my spine, my 2 bottom bones in my spine DISLOCATED that caused me the hip , shoulder and back pain, now it's worse my heel also is affected, my doctor advised me not rush for surgery instead avoid any manual labour, physical activity that will causr more damage to my spine and hopefully in time it will heal but at my age there is no guarantee that my bones will be normal again. I cannot walk for a distance or stand for a distance, Im struggling every day with this pain and im not affording the diet thst he prescribed. Hence I app**** for an early access for a disability grant on my pension. They requested proof and i did send everything and to my surprise they did not even bother to call me to find out how this is affecting me they just DECLINED my application even if i explained that I'm unemployed and i cannot afford. If I new I was never going to use OLD MUTUAL BCS to me the only thing they care about is KEEPING OUR MONEY FOR THEIR GAIN . They don't give a damn about your concerns. I advise anyone to NEVER EVER consider to you use this company. I'm disappointed,hurt and disgusted by their rudeness service. They are nice when you apply after they get access to your money your nothing to them. Even my financial advisor he can rude sometimes hence I have decided to never use his services , he can enjoy the benefits that's fine , God will deal with them😔😔😔
