Don't Trust Old Mutual For Anything
The Service is Pathetic, I have had a runaround with them for last 3 months trying to sort out a Policy. The Call Center NEVER answers the phone.So who's pocket do they want to put the funds into? I am utterly disgusted in their Service! I did everything paperwork everything, even phoned them,they confirmed all was in order,and all sorted out,only to get a email from them,telling me my Policy has lapsed,due to non payment, although the funds where in the bank! Old Mutual Agents have no idea what they doing!
