Don't trust Old Mutual !!
This the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Nice to take money from people but when it's time for a withdrawal you will see who they really are. I did a withdrawal and man the process has been hell. The communication is terrible, the call centre agents have absolutely no clue, they tick boxes and use the word " escalated" like it means something. The call centre supervisor is even worse, she doesn't take or return calls when she says she will. They handle people's lives and financial resources, but couldn't give a damn about the implications of their terrible service.

These people have agents who have the audacity to tell you that they are looking into the matter and will get back to you. There is ZERO , ZERO sense of urgency. This os MY MONEY that you have unnecessarily delayed paying me and which has had incredible financial implications on my life. Yolinda, your call centre supervisor, supervised nothing. She said she would email me with feedback, she never bothered. When I called I was told that the settlemen letter that I sent two weeks ago!!!! Had expired, ofcourse it has, it os valid for 7 days and NO ONE BOTHERED TO CAPTURE IT FOR TWO ENTIRE WEEKS!!!!!. YOUR COMPANY IS ABUSIVE!! has no sense of urgency and doesn't care. Your staff have checked out and all they do is give generic responses. I am appalled that I have to keep calling and checking that you guys are doing your job!!!!. No one is assigned to my case. No one calls me and provides constant updates on progress. IT IS ******* TO KEEP MY MONEY AND HOLD IT BACK.
