Don’t take funeral cover with Old Mutual

Can’t get hold of the claims. Trying to claim on a funeral policy for two weeks now. Terrible service. After holding for 30 min at a time the call just ends. I have submitted all documents by mail but no response and bo payments as promised after 48 hours.
