Dont know what is going on !

I have been trying to cancel my old mutual RA for about a month now with no success. I have sent through paperwork to them now 3 times and was told last week the policy was cancelled and was due for payment. Upon phoning this morning I heard the policy has not been cancelled nor have they recieved documents from me. Which I have all dafes and proof of emails and yet nobody phones to follow up with the documentation. I have been sick the last few days and I am waiting for these people to get in to gear and sort stuff out in order to go to doc but they now tell me another 15 to 21 days. Its been a month since first communication with these people. How many other policies are being delayed because of their lack of follow up. It is not my job to run around after you and light a fire under you before stuff is done. I am cancelling my policy due to being harassed by an advisor and yiu think they would try and be professional now and are failing. I will never recommend old mutual to anyone and this better be finalised today or I will send old mutual a medical bill and a court order if it means they will actually do some work. Its been more than 21 days now!
