Dont keep their promise.

On 07 December 2023 I was informed at their Branch that There is Cash back which I will recieve. (the consultant suggested that I open old mutual money account for quick payment of the cashback, opened their money account)on 08 December 2023 I received an sms indicating that my cash back was processed and I will receive funds within two working days, yesterday on 13 December 2023 I went to the branch to inquire about the Funds not reflecting on my account, when the Consultant phoned their Customer service number She was informed that my cash back is hanging not yet processed, she indicated that I the client has an sms indicating that my cashback is processed, the person on their customer service line said He doesnt know why I the client recieved an sms indicating that my cash back is processed. Im soo disappointed. After I get the cash back I will cancel all my 3 policies I have with oldmutual.
