Don't invest with Old Mutual...hidden cost like a cell phone contract

I had an retirement annuity with Old Mutual Max Investment when I wanted to move my money to Liberty they charged me R35k..when I complained they said that it's a life product which I never had. Now when trying to get hold of them to discuss they they are not available
