DONT INVEST WITH OLD MUTUAL

I have been a client with OMG for a long time over 10 years and their service is not of the best.<br> <br> I had an investment with them and when i wanted to take my investment out it was such a mission <br> <br> Forms needed to be filled in when they originally had all my docs and all of them are certified which i understand to prevent *****!!! <br> But i mean seriously its such an issue just to get your investment out<br> i just married recently so i gave them my certified ID and marriage certificate <br> <br> however they needed proof of residence. which i hardly get statements sent to me the only real proof i have is my bank statement reflecting my physical address. <br> That was also not good enough they wanted an affidavit from the police HOW INCONVENIENT WHEN YOU HAVE ALL MY DOCUMENTS on the system !!! This is my time you are wasting and this is purely DUPLICATES WHICH YOU HAVE ON THE SYSTEM<br> <br> PLEASE DONT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THEM ITS SUCH A SCHLEP!!!<br> <br> The people responding to your queries cant even get your name spelling right<br> <br> When i have requested for beneficiary changes too i realized that it was never done even after i have completed documents.<br> <br> These people are not worried to deliver good service!!
