Don't have a heart attack your family will be in trouble

I sent a message last week someone was getting back to me........... that also never happened. Now even though my husband had a heart attack after I again called myself to follow up yesterday they suddenly want more doctors letters. Make sure you never have a heart attack people because your family will be left with nothing. Don't ever waste money with these people I think the ombudsman is much next point of call.
