Don't ever Associate yourself with Old Mutual
I am very angry and frustrated at the same time of Old Mutual, Even the agent themselves they don't promote the brand no one is willing to take accountability, They will refer you to the branch but still they will not assist they will say to you it head office
My dad is deceased there are some rituals that need to be done, with what money? Only old mutual can answer. They request documents you submit. sent you message to confirm completion. after 3 weeks you call no other documents not completed. Is old mutual not bankrupt they still waiting for other policy holders month to pay? Some staff they not professional to even handle the query rather to stop the call. Very disappointing
I am not surprised when policy holders bring dead bodies to your offices the experience I had with your offices its very frustrating. There are people calling themselves as managers but hang the phone in our ears. How on earth you send an sms and tells me you dont have our contacts nor emails? After 10 days its the branch, the branch its head office

We confirm receipt of Option form but this is a delay tactics, we dont want anything to do with your offices. the monies should be deposited to the banking details provided. That documents are your selling point which we dont want
