Don't enter into any insurance with Old Mutual - there is no service at all

Shocking service, 5 weeks later no response with regards to enquiry. Don't even lodge a complaint with their complaints department there are no enquiry professionals as they reflect to have. Rather revert to Sanlam or other which gives professional service and being prompt to respond.
