don_A|_t get my premiums back

Have education Plan with Old Mutual and this Policy started deducting R300 on my account on 20 August 2014 till this month and when I asked for my money back and I want to consul the policy sins I sore 1 of my friend los her father and old mutual is delaying to the funds back and I decide I want my money back sins I cannot trust them and I went to the branch and I spoke to Collin however don't remember the surname he just told that I will only R643.00 instead of after 21 working days so that they can deduct again !!! and I have been sending email calling Contact canters but no help what I want is my money that I have been saving for 13 months
