Does Old Mutual want me to lose my RA?

My father has been contributing to an RA for me. I would like to take over the monthly premium payments. This should not be difficult as I am the beneficiary of the policy. However, the Old Mutual adviser in question has failed to send me the relevant documentation to make this happen. I am not prepared to lose an RA because of an Old Mutual adviser's failure to act.
