DOES OLD MUTUAL SUPERFUND ONLY HAVE ROBOTS WORKING THESE DAYS?

Why are large companies a nightmare to deal with these days? I have been trying to finalize a retirement fund transfer with their Superfund for months and they seem to just ignore your requests. No one responds to emails unless it is an automated response. Do people not care anymore as there is no responsibility for bad service.
