Does Old Mutual respond to emails?
Does Old Mutual respond to emails? I wish to discuss a policy which I have had since around 1973. I sent my query on the 6th of Sep - it is now the 13th Sep and all I have had is an automated reply. I have been told by my broker that OM service is probably the worst in the insurance industry these days. Seems that he is correct.

13 Sept 2021, 10:31Twenty minutes after I posted my complaint about OM not responding to my email, I received a response from OM. Thank you. Nevertheless, it is sad that the only way to get this response was by making a noise on Hellopeter.
