Does Old Mutual Claims really exist???

11th of September my previous employer - Game submitted by Provident fund to Old Mutual, on the 20th i received a message from Game when i asked about the status of my application to call Old Mutual directly. I contacted them and i was told MDD stores never submitted anything to them. I went back to HR for MDD Stores, advised him and he then resent the emails and CC me on them. His email showed that September the 11th 2 email addresses belonging to Old Mutual were sent my documents. I was then advised to contact the SACCAWU Provident fund department, i was sent back to Old Mutual by SACCAWU. I am running from pillar to post for money that was deducted from my income. I called Old Mutual and advised them to check the emails, that didn't help. Instead i was told a query will be logged. One of the emails we emailed, its automated email was received saying i will get feedback within 48hrs.. we are over 24hrs from the 20th without help. I sent a message to 48954 to check my status, the response was "no information available for this claim, pls contact Old Mutual on ***" the number i keep calling, that keeps telling me my application doesn't exist. Im not sure who is being fooled here, all i want is my money since MDD stores and SACCAWU can't help me with the other issue at hand.
