Does anyone still work at Old Mutual?

I am a financial adviser trying to get assistance from Old Mutual on behalf of my clients. On average its taken 1 month for any of my mails to be responded to. When calling the call centre I get transferred several times as it seems no one knows how to assist with general queries or most of the time I will wait 20 minutes only for the call to get cut. Please get into contact with me as it seems we have to come to the extremes of using Hello Peter before we get any assistance from Old Mutual. This lack of service is appalling for clients and advisers to deal with and soon there will be none left as your competitors actually value clients and their needs.
