does anybody actually work there!!!!

I have been trying to get a hold of this company for several months now to cancel my policy!!!!! They leave you on hold forever wasting all of your minutes! they are always directing you to somebody else or cut the call completely! I am so fed up with this flipping company!!!! All I want to do is just cancel my DAMN RA! I do not want to be paying this anymore and a way out just seems non existent and this point!! OLD MUTURAL DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!
