***** online adverti*****t on facebook about Retirement Annuity!

I have recently joined the Retirement Fund from Old Mutual that I gained interest in from their facebook marketing platform, little did I know that was the beginning on my nightmare. For 2 months Old Mutual has been deducting monthly premiums from my account as agreed telephonically next thing the following first week on the new month they will email me from their "Customer Rentention" that the premiums were not received. I then today contacted their contact centre of which I spoke to a lady who claims to be a "financial adviser" she further told me she would transfer me to the relevant department but the call was cut off! I attempted to write twice to the same department of which I never received a response. Please guys, do not buy what seems to be legit from social media platforms from the so called "reputable financial institutions" cause you will fall in the same trap as me in future.
