Docs submitted July 2014 and still no payment

You claim the Superfund money is unclaimed but when trying to claim it is just a very painful process. So you see the money will remain unclaimed because you have ineffective people as a point of contact. I really battle to understand what the issue is here because all the requested documents have been submitted but still I am making follow up after follow having to hold for almost 15 minutes in the queue but still to add to my woes the consultants taking my calls are even further confused starting from searching for my details to actually giving me an update on my predicament. Can someone with the capabilities of resolving this to take charge and just pay me what is due to me.
