DO NOT WANT TO PAYOUT!!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
I Brandon Chetty is having a problem with payout with Old mutual, absolutely disgusting service from them, my claim was approved on the 24/09/2021, I have given them all the relevant documentation, but Abigail Wells from payout keeps sending the same mail like a robot, WHAT DAMN SECURITY CODE DO YOU WANT??? I will NEVER take out another policy with them, I have been paying this policy for 5 years religiously by debit order, they do not even phone to ask me what they really require, I work in a financial institution and this is not, the kind off service as a person that had a heart attack should go through, I need some one to please contact me and resolve urgently.

11 Oct 2021, 10:56Today is the 11/10/2021, last email received was 8/10/2021. Advising me they will investigate and let me know, is this going to take another month? I cannot be waiting soo long for someone to call me, I am very upset because I have been very calm for over a month, this is absolutely not on, tried contacting the complaints administrator and there is no answer.

13 Oct 2021, 11:06Good day, I just want to let everyone know that my complaint has not been finalized, the complaints department just came back with the same answer that the claims department told me, that they require a security code to which my bank has no idea about what they are talking about, still not a phone call from these guys after numerous private emails, I don't know what else I should do, it's like they do not exist when it's time to claim. They complaints department is soo unprofessional not even a call. Really ridiculous company, I am soo frustrated right now, please do not get fooled with their marketing tricks.
