do not want to pay out policy

People's money is good enough to take for years but when Old Mutual needs to pay-out they have all sorts of delays to pay.

My Husband has a policy with Old Mutual which matured on 5/5/2020. After paying the monthly premium by debit order diligently for 20years ( from my bank account ) to be told that you cant get your payout because the bank account is not in your name. They did not say they cant accept the 20years premiums coming off my bank account because its not in my husbands name. We cant open a bank account for my husband as opening a bank account requires declaring an income, which he does not have, he is not working or earning an income. So now they threaten that if we don't have an account in his name they wont pay -out.
