Do not do an estimate for a loan application from them, they contact you 3 days later to do the application and if you state you only did and estimate and are not interested at this point they give your details to a debt review company Octogen. then Octogen contacts you and say old mutual said they must contact you which i never did as I am a debt counsellor and now how to control my finances, so if the consultants cant make money of your sale the direct you without your permission to Octogen which i think is not allowed according to the P.O.P.I act.
