DO NOT TRUST OLD MUTUAL!
Old Mutual has appalling communication. Claims are delayed, emails go unanswered, and support is non-existent—even when you’re sick or after a loved one passes away. Policies like superfunds or live annuities become a nightmare to manage.
If you value your time, peace of mind, and proper support, stay far away from Old Mutual. They fail when it matters most.
