DO NOT TRUST OLD MUTUAL

Took out a policy in Dec 2022. During the December holidays I heard a horrific ordeal that a family member is going through with Old Mutual, so I am trying to cancel my policy. Nobody replies to emails and I have called 3 times and they say they are putting me through and then hang up. I have sent about 5 emails and nobody responds at all. Terrible experience.
