DO NOT INVEST in Old MUTUAL. INVEST in SANLAM
Most pathetic service, EVER!!!! Just made deposits to SANLAM so I can leave this ****ty Old Mutual!! Cancel all my damn policies and process my refund, I do not ever want to deal with your incompetence (most *********** of all was Zanique Herman in the call centre who reports to Mila!!

13 Jul 2023, 08:00After several calls back and forth, explaining the same issue times over to different people, emails with every single details needed, I still see no funds in my account. We are all very aware that "immediate transfers" are possible, I do not believe my issue is taken seriously
