DO NOT CHOOSE OLD MUTUAL

On the 23rd of September Old Mutual stated that they were going to inform me and give me feedback, but they haven't since. If it were a situation where I had an outstanding payment they would call me as soon as possible, but when I need to claim they become silent. I, myself, have called old mutual multiple times on different occasions and each of the employees tell me different. There's is no order, communication and professionalism at Old Mutual.
