Do not choose Old Mutual

We as Independent brokers can no longer offer Old Mutual as an option to any clients in South Africa, there is absolutely zero client service from Old Mutual, they have no competent staff on the call centers, and no one that can take responsibility to get cases tracked and finalized. It takes hours on the phone being pushed from one person to the next, just to have cases take months and still not being completed or fixed. Old Mutual has become a waste of time.
