DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH OLD MUTUAL!

I would like to start off by saying Old Mutual is **** as a financial institution. Do not associate with Old Mutual when it comes to your savings. They are good for burials. When it comes to investments they are a ****. I had a Max investment with them and they ripped me off a total of R4700 in fees that they themselves deducted from the funds I had saved in my account. They themselves cannot even explain why the funds were deducted when I’m trying to save money. Spoke to Sharissa and Nadine both of them placed me on hold forever and never got back to me. I will be taking the matter to the Ombudsman just like how I did in 2018 and I still won the case since they opened an account on behalf **********ly.
