Do Better

My father retired at the end of October and has been in contact with Old Mutual since even before that, he has dealt with 3 people presumably from the same office but is constantly been given the runaround, they spent days requesting all types of documents to be signed, and every time we would submit one set of documents they would send more and when asked about the status of his claim no one can help. This is absolutely frustrating and unacceptable for a process that occurs so often to be met with incompetence and very little urgency or care, especially for such a big company. Also a very unpleasant experience to have to deal with at the end of ones career. Please do better
