Divorce claim rejected all because the word interest was not stated.

my ex husband and I got divorced on the 28 February 2022,on our decree it is stated that old mutual retirement fund should give me 50% of the pension fund .

Now this was the beginning of my horror,I submitted the final divorce order ,my ID copy and proof of banking details via their attridgeville branch where it was a real argument between myself and their staff member who insisted that they cant give me money from their clients fund without his consent although its written in black and white in the decree ok fine, they consulted someone who said that I am legible to claim, they sent my claim to some mixo mabunda then it was received by their head office legal department they rep**** saying it was incomplete so they did not receive all the pages, these people do not tell me, they reply to the branch email nd not CC me although when the claim was sent I was included, ok fine I resend the decree that was after a month of claiming, Then I resend the decree after 4 weeks I call for feedback they say they will reply and let me know if the decree is compliant ,they rep**** saying the decree is non compliant it should go for an amendment, mind u on the decree the name of the fund is written, the percentage is stated and the policy number is written, so they say it is not compliant because the court wrote pension fund instead of pension interest, my attorney went and wrote what they wanted as a compliant order and sent to them for comment it took them about 3weeks to reply to this...so now I am still waiting for court date for the amendment, I feel old mutual can excuse the word interest, what is important is that the fund name oldmutual retirement fund is written and 50% was clearly stated...I mean they can just say "Old mutual will only pay the pension interest of the retirement fund" not the pension fund instead of scabbing the whole thing all because of the word interest, Imagen if I was unemployed and illiterate ,how was I going to do all these legal process. Lawyers are expensive. old mutual think for the general public that cant afford all these....I saw it as trash when my GEPF claim was approved without the word interest
