Divorce claim

Old mutual divorce claims department does not understand what client services is. From the onset of my claim i have not received any feedback they requested documents and was sent and that was it i keep having to send emails with no response which is very unprofessional. I logged a complaint against the divorce claims department and still nothing what else can one do just to get feedback. Its sad that this is the type of service that's received
