DISUGUSTING SERVICE LEVEL

My name is Mrs J Garib. I am having the worse experience with Old mutual just for them to make payment on a court order that I submitted on the 12th November. The service level is disgusting and the service team has no ethics to assist. they keep me holding on for 20 minutes and then cut my call . My matter has been exoculated twice and till they are holding back my payment . The legal advisors has been assisting me but their emails to the team leaders are just being ignored. I myself had made numerous call to the call Centre and all they can say that my case is still at the back office . and had the same issue in September with my divorce claim and now its the same issue . I WOULD APPRECIATE URGENT ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER ! DOES IT TAKE 4 WEEKS TO GET SERVICE AND PAYMENT THAT IS DUE TO ME .
